Stylist Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Richmond - Shops At Stratford Hills

I have never written a review good/bad for any company but today's trip to Sport Clips @ Stratford warrants my first one. I just had the worst haircut of my life that doesn't even deserve 1 star. The stylist (Kateryna) at this location turns out was talking to herself. She was all over the place as I couldn't tell if she was on the phone with someone or talking to made up people around her. None of it was in English and at one point I asked are you talking to me which just mad things more crazy. This is by far one of the worst employees of any company I have come across. I understand it's hard to get good help right now but no help would be better than hers. This was my first time at this location due to others in the area which have closed or reduced days open. If this location doesn't improve it won't be open long. I won't be going back to this location and after this terrible Sports Clips experience I doubt I'll return to Sport Clips.

Hannah was super busy, but still did a great job with my hair and beard trim. I left feeling much more relaxed, and looking much better, than when I arrived. Thank you!

I had Micalah, who used manipulative language to get me to try and shampoo. I’m aware they make bonus off of mvp incentives but she stated it as “ok now I’ll just take you to the back to wash these hairs off”. I’m aware that service costs more and when I said no because I had errands to get to, she was upset and said “well it just makes sense so you’re gonna leave unfinished”. That’s not cool. Just ask like everyone else does, and be fine with someone declining the service. Will gladly not be back.
