HairCut Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Richmond - Shops At Stratford Hills

I’ve patronized this store several times and had great experiences until yesterday. When walking into the store, the lone stylist seemed annoyed that I entered during her phone call on her call phone. The entire haircut felt very rushed, and was not thorough at all. After the wash, the stylist did not even dry my hair and I had to request a towel to do so. After checking out and getting to my car, I noticed that the cut was very “spotty”, and was not even. There were countless pieces that were missed. I re-entered the store and requested that she go over the top again. She reluctantly got up (and off of her phone, again), rolled her eyes, told me to “sit down AGAIN” with a clear attitude. She then proceeded to go over the top again without putting a cape on, causing hair to get all over my clothes. She then said “I don’t see anything else coming off”, while hair was visibly falling into my face and lap, covering my shirt. At the end she stopped and asked “is that good enough for you?” I will not visit this store again and hope that this is addressed by store management.

I have been going to this sports clips for a while now and honestly have had a terrible experience. One day I get a great cut the next day I expect the stylist to read the notes and give me the same cut but it’s not the case I’m sick of going home and seeing the crap I just paid 20 dollars for I will not be using sports clips ever again

Normally I get good haircuts at Sports Clips, but this time I asked for what I always get, as it’s written on my ticket. Long story short, she ended up giving me one of the choppiest, most uneven haircuts I’ve ever gotten. It wasn’t even what I asked for, the sides are almost as long as the top of my head. I asked for scissors on top, and she literally buzzed my head well under the length I wanted. I will never, ever, go back to this location.
